Physical Description:
Hydee has dark chestnut-coloured hair that falls to just below her shoulders in a slight wave. She finds the 'kinks' irritating, but they frame her oval-shaped face quite nicely. Her eyes are a subtle leaf-green, framed by lashes a shade darker than her hair. She is a shade less than 6 feet tall, and for as long as she can remember has always worn a leather necklace with a small silver dragon on it.

Emotional Description:
For a long time, Hydee was the epitome of the loner. After the tragedy of her siblings' deaths, she apparently decided that it would be a very bad idea to get close to anyone again, in fear of losing them. Until she met C'stian, who turned her personality completely around, that is. She has a shy sense of humour and is generally quiet and happy to 'go with the flow' of things. When it comes to a friends' justice, she speaks out without fear, but anything that involves herself, she reverts to her previous, very small, self. Since Mossyth's death in first 'Fall, she has almost completely reverted to her child-self, becoming quiet and introverted.

Life History:
Hydee was the youngest of three children, brother Micael, and sister Else. She was brought up in Soul's End Weyr, both her parents being dragonriders. She was just three when Micael was killed in an accident involving a drudge. Two turns later Else drowned in a deep pool. At this point in her life, the young Hydee made a subconscious decision - she could not let herself love again. After all this, when she was about five, Hydee’s parents decided that a fresh start would help them in their grieving, and the now small family put in for a transfer to Dragon Soul Weyr.

Hydee was chosen to become a dragonrider at 18 and Impressed her lifemate, green Mossyth. The small dragon was delicate in feature, a beautiful mossy green, and soon brought out the best in her lonely partner. Since Impressing, Hydee had acquired a blue firelizard named Torquin, or Toffy, from a lucky find on the beach and a black and white canine named Kyaa. 

Just over three turns ago, Mossyth rose and was caught by a brown dragon. He was ridden by a man named C'stian - C'stian, who was to become Hydee's weyrmate, love and life. Shortly after they were weyrmated, Hydee became pregnant with his child, and on day 2 of month 9, gave birth to a beautiful daughter, whom they named Caitlee.

She loves her rider to a fault, and is quite fond of the family which has grown around her. Her mate, C'stian's brown Feyeth, and she are very close.

Name: Torquin Age: Adult Sex: Female Species: Firelizard Colour: Blue From: Unknown Name: Kyaa Age: 2 Sex: Female Species: Canine Colour: Black & White From: Unknown Descriptions: Torquin is a very dark blue, with an innocuous white spot on the tip of his tail. He is a large blue, and has a cheerful, mischievous temperament. His penchant for children gets him - and them - into all sorts of trouble. Kyaa is a mainly black canine with 3 white paws and tail, all merging into tan then black, and expressive tan-coloured eyebrows. Her underside and chin are a lighter colour. She is a rather active canine and tends to chew on things, especially Hydee's shoes. No one else's, mind you.
